| Description: | Eskaton, a leader in the senior services industry is seeking a part-time Livable Design Sales Manager. Livable Design by Eskaton™ is a division focusing on the design of living spaces through beautiful, functional solutions for all generations. This position is based out of our corporate office in Carmichael, CA. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: - reaching out to builders nationwide to adopt the certification program - touring builders and other building industry professionals through the Livable Design show home - networking and contacting key building professionals to sell the Livable Design program - assisting with marketing efforts and outreach and assisting with the creation of training materials and giving presentations - participating in trade shows and building association functions - providing consultation to our communities on incorporating Livable Design principles into remodel activities Requirements: - This position requires a minimum of three years experience in a lead sales role - A minimum of three years of experience in the building industry - Must have expertise and proven experience with universal design - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well in oral, graphic and written formats - Proactive and collegial attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher) PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are mostly in an indoor office environment. Work may involve bending from the waist, stooping, twisting, and lifting of objects not to exceed 35 pounds.
